(Reuters, The Associated Press) - BEIJING: Big Chinese oil companies will push back maintenance work and curb exports to guarantee diesel supplies after two weeks of shortages blamed on price controls that have disrupted trucking and caused long lines at filling stations. PetroChina and China Petroleum and Chemical, known as Sinopec, will also make sure their marketing and retail branches are respecting state-set fuel prices and step up exploration for new resources, the National Development and Reform Commission, the country's top economic planner, said on its Web site.
